We just moved into the Kennedy-Warren and could not be happier. Our apartment is beautiful and full of character, everyone we’ve met who works or lives here has been so friendly and welcoming, the neighborhood is an easy walk to everything we need.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of living at the Kennedy-Warren for 6-1/2 years. Our unit was in the South Wing, overlooking the National Zoo and Connecticut Avenue and we loved it. Throughout our time there, we enjoyed the amenities in the building, the round-the-clock concierge, the helpful staff, the rapid response to maintenance requests (which were few), and the pride we felt in living in such a beautiful building. An added bonus was that the stores in Cleveland Park and Woodley Park were only a 10-minute walk, as was the metro (red line). And the L2 bus line stopped right right out front of the building.

Great units, great location, strong resident association and sense of community, lap pool, bar, fitness center, library, great service and repair staff, and many resident activities.

Close-knit and welcoming community, compelling art deco design and fascinating history, gracious staff and worthwhile amenities, fabulous location in a quiet but still happenin' neighborhood. I can see why some residents have lived here for more than 20 years.

My husband and I often talk about the fortunate day he walked into the Kennedy Warren to view an apartment. It was complete serendipity for us - new to not only DC but the United States. Every time we enter the courtyard and walk past the fountain into the building we are surrounded by beauty and great amenities which is cared for and well maintained. However importantly we are entering a great community of people who reside and work in the building. A community that is diverse, open, caring and great fun. There are common areas such as the great rooftop and the resident club where live music happens and drinks are delicious.
